  • PDF Links - Chord charts, lead sheets, or tabs
  • Spotify/Apple Music - Streaming links

Creating Gig Documents

For any song, you can create:

  • Chord Charts - Formatted chord progressions with sections

  • Combined Documents - Chords and lyrics together

These documents are accessible in Rehearsal View and Music Stand View.

Song Recordings

You can record individual songs using Quick Record:

  1. Go to Quick Record → Select your band → Choose "Record a Song"
  2. Select the song you want to record
  3. Record your performance
  4. After recording, you can normalize, trim, and promote as a reference recording

Promoting Recordings

After recording a song, you can:

  • Promote to Reference Recording - Makes it the default audio link for that song
  • Add to Album - Include it in a published album
  • Trim - Edit start/end points for perfect timing
  • Normalize - Adjust volume levels for consistent playback

Private vs. Public Songs

Songs can be:

  • Public - Visible to all users, can be added to any band
  • Private - Only visible to your band, perfect for originals or arrangements

Tips for Success

  • Add complete information (key, tempo) - it helps with setlist organization
  • Use consistent naming - makes searching easier
  • Add links early - audio and video help you prepare
  • Create gig documents for songs you perform regularly
  • Tag songs with genres and moods for better filtering
