Learn how to create gigs, add details, link setlists, and manage your performance calendar.
Creating Gigs
Gigs can be created in two ways:
Method 1: From an Opportunity
- Track a venue opportunity
- When booking is confirmed, mark interaction as "Booked"
- Enter the gig date
- A gig is automatically created
Method 2: Manual Creation
- Go to your band page
- Click "Gigs" tab
- Click "Create New Gig"
- Fill in gig details
- Save
Gig Details
Add comprehensive information:
Basic Information
- Gig Name - Title for the event
- Date - When the gig is happening
- Venue - Link to venue (or create new)
- Status - Confirmed, Tentative, Cancelled
Timing
- Load-in Time - When to arrive
- Sound Check - Sound check time
- Start Time - When you start playing
- End Time - When you finish
Financial
- Fee - What you're being paid
- Ticket Price - What fans pay (if applicable)
- Ticket Link - Where to buy tickets
Promotional
- Gig Poster - Upload promotional poster image
- Facebook Event Link - Link to Facebook event
- Notes - Any additional information
Linking Setlists
Connect setlists to gigs:
- Create or select a setlist for the gig
- Link it in the gig details
- Access the setlist directly from the gig page
- Use Music Stand View during the performance
Public Gig Pages
Confirmed future gigs appear on:
- Your Band's Public Profile - In "Upcoming Shows" section
- Public Gigs Page -

Gig Posters
Add promotional posters:
- Upload poster image when creating/editing gig
- Posters appear on band profile and gig pages
- Clickable posters link to full gig detail page
- Great for sharing on social media
Managing Gigs
Keep your gig calendar organized:
- Edit Gigs - Update details as plans change
- Change Status - Mark as confirmed, tentative, or cancelled
- Link Setlists - Connect setlists as you create them
- Add Notes - Keep important information
Gig Calendar
View all your gigs:
- See upcoming gigs on your band page
- Filter by status (confirmed, tentative, etc.)
- View past gigs for reference
- See gigs across all your bands
Tips for Success
- Add gigs as soon as they're confirmed
- Include all timing details - helps with planning
- Upload posters - visual promotion is effective
- Link setlists early - prepare in advance
- Keep notes updated - important details for day-of
- Update status promptly - keeps calendar accurate
- Add ticket links - makes it easy for fans to attend
